Charlie McFarlane Photography

I am an independent photographer based in Sheffield. I currently work alone directly with clients and businesses.

I previously studied at Norton College in Sheffield before completing my degree in Visual Communications – Photography at Birmingham City University.

I currently work in digital photography with my Canon 400D. Upon special request I will also work in colour and black and white film, using my collection of Lomography cameras and my 35mm Canon SLR.

The highlight of photography for me is being able to go out into the world capturing images of how I see things without being confined to a Photographic Studio. The world and the people in it are waiting to be discovered further with the use of a camera. I like to take my time to get to know people for who they are and capture their character and personality in a comfortable environment, whether in their home or on location.
