About me

Me

I started off in the graphic design area, studying at Norton College in Sheffield. I have since moved to Birmingham to study Visual Communications at BCU (Birmingham City University). I found my comfort zone in the world of photography. I started off using a 35mm Canon SLR, having experienced the magic behind developing my own Ilford HP5 Black and white films. I have now moved onto Digital photography with my Canon 400D. I still like to use colour and black and white film now and again, with my small collection of Lomography cameras and of course my 35mm Canon SLR.

The highlights of photography for me are being able to go out into the world capturing images of how I see things. I’m not one to be confined to a Photographic studio. The world and the people in it are waiting to be discovered further with the use of a camera. I like to take my time to get to know people for who they are and capturing their personality in a comfortable environment.

My aim at the moment is to broaden my portfolio, so I welcome any enquiries – to ask a question, discuss your requirements for photography or to enquire about availability and prices of my professional photography services. Please contact me via e-mail which can be found at the bottom of the page. Also feel free to comment on my work posted on this site.
